Terrible terrible business to deal with. Had my car totaled and towed to them, they were unprofessional and rude. Refused to let me get my belongings after i asked for itemized receipt and had attitude the entire time. I was told by them to “hurry up and figure out what i wanted to do so they don’t get stuck with my car”. Terrible business, they overcharge and are grimy!!

Very professional. The response was very fast with minimal wait time
